I cant install my bluetooth headset onto toshiba laptop

    I got the bluetooth dongle and it detects the headset(AEC BQ-605), but it says bluetooth peripheral unknown driver. I have emailed the website, but i have yet to get a response. Can you try figuring this problem out, please?

    Edit:Oh yeah, i also tried looking into the device manager, and i couldnt find the software needed online.

    We would need to know which bluetooth card is installed on the system. You would need to install the bluetooth driver/software for the system.

    If you are unsure of the same then, kindly update your system specs here by following this.

    Also, let us know the hardware id of the bluetooth card installed on the system:
