    i need this driver for the latest version and cant seem to find it.

    ASMEDIA ASM104x USB 3.0 host controller driver.

    You might want to upgrade the firmware first (it's in the package). Resolves many problems, concerning mainly random disconnects of USB 3.0 devices during at the "full throughput" transfer :)

Hi guys :) I'm looking at getting an Asus z87 Pro mobo for my first build. I see that there are 2 SATA ports on the mobo that are controlled by the AS Media Controller. What does this mean? What does it do? Thanks guys :)
