Driver cannot be found / replacing default driver for Android Tablet
Hi,
Hoping I can find some help here.
We have a standard android tablet that we use to deploy throughout stores that runs an android app that we use.
We use Google's ADB to deploy our application and I do this VIA a workstation that I have set up running Windows 7 64 bit.
My issue is that when I connect a new device windows fails to find a driver for it, this isn't so bad as I need to replace the driver anyway with the google usb driver (android_winusb.inf) anyway but when I point the update driver process from the device manager to the folder it tells me that the there is no driver for this device in that location.
I then go through the process of manually associating the driver with the device (accepting warnings that it might not work, etc).
What I am after is a method of associating this specific driver with this type of device so that when I connect a new device of the same type fresh out of the box it will automatically install the android_winusb.inf as the driver for that device.
Thanks in advance.
