    Android USB drivers not working

Hey guys, I've been struggling with trying to connect my Samsung phone to my computer. It works fine on another computer, but when I connect it by USB to this particular computer, I get a USB device not recognized error. I have all of the USB drivers for the phone and for my motherboard installed and up to date. I spent two hours talking to Samsung, who found nothing wrong with the phone and told me to contact my motherboard manufacturer. I called Asus, who found nothing wrong with my motherboard and told me to contact Microsoft. I called Microsoft, who told me that if I want their help it would cost $99

If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it!

OK ... but have you installed the Samsung USB drivers? Asking because I have a Samsung GS3 and it would not connect through USB until I installed their specific drivers. There are several ways to do this but the one that worked for me was installing Samsung Kies -- which installs their drivers automatically.

Yup, tried the Samsung drivers by themselves, tried Kies, tried Kies mini, tried Samsung EZUpdater. Nothing works.
