System Stable ... Nagging Event Viewer Mssgs (BCM42RLY/PMEM/WUDFRd)

The BCM42RLY service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ACPI\PNP0A0A\2&daba3ff&2.
PMEM is new.... other two been around a while.

The PMEM service failed to start due to the following error:
This driver has been blocked from loading

\??\C:\Windows\SysWOW64\drivers\pmemnt.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.

Only negative aspect so far has been Windows backup wont run with an error message:

"The service can not be started, either because it us disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it (0x80070422).

Checked the path on PMEM...looks right .....

    Found at:

    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\drivers\pmemnt.sys
    C:\Windows\System32\drivers\pmemnt.sys

The BCM42RLY is related to wireless which I tried installing / reinstalling and it took me almost a week ti get wireless working again. I believe it's related to the WUD one and that the other two are obviously also relatred to each other.

Will keep yahoo'ing but if any one else has seen before, wud appreciate a pointer.

Do you want to just stay with wired networking or try to get the wireless working?
Do you now have the time to do the troubleshooting?

There are no issues indicated in device manager; no errors, no warnings, no nuthin. If there is something specific you want to know please advise; I don't have the means to copy images at this point from one machine to another and this site doesn't allow for direct image uploads in any case.

I appreciate your attempts help. But if your questions can't be expressed in text and require that I use sneakernet to move image files from one computer at one location to another computer at another location, I just don't have time for that right now.
