Dell n15 5110 Bluetooth suddenly stopped working

Hey guys, I have been using my Laptop with my Bluetooth speaker for a long time.
Today, suddenly I would not find my Supertooth speakers under "Devices" where it has always been.
Uninstalled Bluetooth drivers, installed them again, still, cannot find it. I cannot add it either.

When I went into the Bluetooth option it said "Error with local device". Weird. Restarted my Laptop, went into BIOS and cannot find any Bluetooth ON/OFF thing, and I am sure I had one there before.

I booted my Laptop again, went into Windows Mobility Center and I see that Bluetooth is "OFF".

In services all Bluetooth services are started and running, tried stopping them and starting them again, still, no luck.

    Any ideas? thanks!

    EDIT:

Anyone who might have the same problem, it took me few days to work this out and I am stil not sure what I have done. But, I will tell you the steps I took before it started working back.

I removed all the Bluetooth drivers, and everything. I used Your Uninstaller! to remove everything completely so I would not have anything left. After that, I went into BIOS and even tho I didn't see any "Radio" option or any "Bluetooth" option I rested all settings to defaults. Booted up again, installed drivers again, viola, my Bluetooth started working again. No idea why this happened at first, or how. But this is how I got it fixed. BTW. I tried restoring defaults settings when I still had the drivers installed and it didn't work, so I guess I had to remove them first for some reason. It's really weird. Anyway, thanks! :)

Great to hear that bluetooth is working fine now. We appreciate the time taken by you to share the resolution which I am sure would benefit other users as well.
