Looks like it might be a hardware issue with the graphics card ...I would consider RMAing it

Nah, I wouldn't suggest an RMA, because of this statement:

"My mobo has onboard video and whe i pull my video card out and run off on board it still does this driver crashing"

Check the event logs. Type Event Viewer in start menu search box. Double click Windows Logs on the left. Then double click System. Click level so it puts the column in order and all the red x are on top. Please post a screenshot of this.

Haha, yes I did notice that myself and found it odd. "Which one is it", I was thinking!

He says that one of the games works well so I have to believe the card is physically in good working order.

Please see my post number 3 above about the event viewer. This should prove very helpful to a diagnosis and possible repair.

Oh no. The dreaded Kernel-Power. First thing I'd do is go to your motherboard manufacturer's site and see if there is a bios update available. Install it as per their instructions. Do not do anything in your home with power that may cause a tripped circuit breaker while flashing. You motherboard will be broken if so. It doesn't take long to do this so risk is very minimal. Ensure you use the correct bios update though.

Edit: Actually, here. I see you use MSI motherboard like me. They make it easy for you to update bios within Windows. Visit this and report back when done. There's a bios update from 12 days ago. Use the wizard and let it scan your system for you by clicking "click here."
