It would help to know just what mouse you have. The generic MS mouse drivers work with most or you can go to the manufacturers website for the latest drivers.

The wireless MS 4000 and 5000 series mice are very cheap and very robust. The Logitech g500 is the best mouse I've ever used.

Page for your device: Rosewill.com - Computer Case, Power Supply, Computer Accessories, Networking, Peripherals. Price, Quality, and Services.

    Features

    • Classic Mouse with the modern optical technology
    • The simple and clean design comes with the advanced optical technology.
    • Plug and Play
    • Get it out of the box and plug into the computer.
    • The RM-C2U is ready to use. There is no software required.

This seems to mean that your mouse uses generic Microsoft HID (=Human Interface Device) mouse drivers. If you click update in Device Manager and no newer driver is available, congratulations. You're all set.
