heres a link to the touchpad driver i believe:

Download Acer Aspire V3-551 Synaptics Touchpad Driver 15.3.41.5 for Windows 7, Windows 7 64 bit

    vga driver; here ya go:

Download Acer Aspire V5-131 Intel Graphics Driver 8.15.10.2712 for Windows 7 64 bit

I was not able to find the 6 version; but this 8.15 version is the once i could. I believe it should still work though as long as its for windows 7.

Uninstall Driver boost. Such a program is not trustworthy at all.

If the touchpad is working and is aero is working in display, no driver is needed. But if not, then you may need drivers.

Nothing will be available with Acer labelled for windows 7 , as the model comes with windows 8/8.1 preinstalled. But those may be found in the respective developers site.

If drivers are really an issue, upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Also, type "dxdiag" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu. Click the resulting link. Run DXDIAG. Click the display tab (the second one). Notice what is mentioned against the Chip Type. Let us know that, by supplying a screenshot of the DXdiag window with the display tab selected.

It will help us to see the details of your configuration and to find the appropriate driver thereto.

I too recommend not using any "driver finder" programs, many are embedded with software we don't want and can download even more without your knowledge.

Take Arc's steps slowly and in order, print it out if possible.

I used to be a silver surfer, till the silver went bald.
