    Hi quicqsolution.

Does it cause any lack of functionality? If not, you should not be worried for it. Here is my device manager....

Two unknown drivers are in Device Manager-1.jpg

So as per it, there may be some issue with the connectivity of the phone, but it is nicely connected. See.

Two unknown drivers are in Device Manager-2.jpg

If it cause a real issue, get the latest Intel Management Engine driver for your system and install it.

I dont have Management Engine installed (personal thoughts only). If it is installed, the Device Manager does not show yellow triangles on the phone.

thanks for your post but this is not compatible with my machine.
That's quite odd. If your system is "HP Compaq dc7800 Convertible Minitower PC", it should work.

Would you kindly post a DxDiag for us?

    1) Windows + R
    2) Type "dxdiag".
    3) Click Save All Information...
    4) Save DxDiag.txt.
    5) Attach or post the text file (using [code] tags).

Sorry I was away before I saw your DxDiag, but glad you had your problem sorted. It would be also nice if you posted the solution/s you took, so members can reference this thread should they come across similar problems.
