    Ethernet Problem - Help!!!


    ive just formatted my pc (windows 7) the eithernet driver wasnt in stalled so ive gone on my other pc and downloaded the driver ive gone to install it but i get a deep sleep error.

    my motherboard is ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P8P67

    Can you post the exact message you get and also post any event viewer error messages

    Also try using the drivers on the disc that came with your motherboard

    Hi there .. Is the Network Card missing in the Device Manager ? Unplug the power cable press the start button for ten seconds ... Then check in your BIOS that the card is enabled ..

I have no access to the internet through ethernet. It says "local area connection" doesn't have a valid IP configuration. I tried rebooting modem and laptop, using different operating system, "ipconfig /release", then "ipconfig /renew". Is there anything else I could try? Thanks

I've just bought a new computer with Win7 Ultimate 64b but the ethernet is going down alot. Sometimes it can work for a day and then my sound is not "rushing?". But when it's not working it goes down every 1-40 min depending on what im doing. So if im Downloading it will go down more quickly then...

hello, this isn't a quite serious problem.. I'm using asus' P5B-E in win7. everythings just fine but when I logged on, my network couldn't access to the internet. you know, a "!" mark on the network icon... my own solution is to turn off ethernet and turn it on again in network...
