Freshly Installed Windows7, cannot detect or install any drivers

I made a thread a few hours ago about getting a grey screen of death, and since then I've managed to just reinstall windows, but I cannot get any of my drivers working. My network adapter, keyboard, graphics card, everything, just all didn't have drivers. I managed to get internet by ripping a wireless usb adapter thing off my older computers and using that to connect to my router, but as of now I cannot use any ethernet or my computer's default network adapter. I also can't update them because apparently my computer's a custom build and therefore I have no idea what my computer's specs are. Any help with fixing my drivers (preferrably, all of them) would be appreciated, thanks.

I haven't touched anything inside the machine for a while, so I wouldn't think that would be the problem.
Also, I'm very sure the grey screen was my fault, I was trying to install a windows theme (custom, with the replacing system32 stuff), and probably screwed something up in my system32 badly. I couldn't even run safe mode after that.

I wasn't sure what you wanted to see, so yeah. Also the PC was built by a friend for me so I really don't know much about it.

You need to download drivers for all of them. Drivers | GeForce Could you upload the specs using the instructions so we can see your network card?

Plus I would try reseating everything too and if you are confident enough clean the slots as well.

    SLOTCLEANING

Now as for the slots to clean them use astrip of old credit card about 1/2 inch wide nip the corners off one end - preferably round them offhold apiece of thin lint free cloth over the end dab on some form of alcohol - isopropyl alcohol (what we swab the skin with before an injection) is good and GENTLY swipe along the slots.

Just installed the GEforce drivers, but my hard drive, cpu, etc. all seem to be functioning fine, the only things not working not are my network adapter and my keyboard.

I capped my network section or whatever, but I'm currently on a wireless usb adapter so I don't know if that changes things.

Also updated my profile with the autofill

Thanks for your help so far.

I really don't think it's necessary for me to clean my computer - I spray it with compressed air to clean it out every month or two, but it's like 6 months old and I don't think any of the hardware would fail on me yet. Also I literally haven't touched the computer at all - no accidental bumps or anything. If you really think this will help I'll try it tomorrow but I think it's a software issue right now.

Off to bed for a few hours, thanks for the help everyone.
