Is your mouse and keyboard connected to USB or PS/2? If both of your keyboard and mouse are connected to USB, the USB port with your keyboard may not be working. the only device that shows up for some reason is my usb adapter that I'm using temporarily. I was able to access the internet without it before I wiped my computer, so I'm not sure what's going on.
EDIT: Nvm, I installed some motherboard drivers and there was a network adapter thing in there apparently. I'm going to go through everything again and make sure I'm not missing anything, then I'll just mark this as solved. Thanks to everyone who helped me.
