    Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N6150 failure! PLease HELP!

I have been having issues with my wireless adapter (Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N6150). it has been a few weeks that this problem has been occurring. The adapter will all of a sudden disappear. Initially I would just scan for hardware changes in my device manager and that would do the trick but now it does not. So there are days I start my computer and the wireless adapter is no where to be found. Troubleshooting does not solve the problem. Also I browsed through the internet and i saw that people who were having this issue they would disable there 802.11n Mode that helped for a few days but it has started to fail again. Now for the past 2 weeks also I have had three crashes, sometimes by restarting the computer the wireless adapter would appear again and so on three separate occasions I tried restarting the computer but it failed to shutdown and I got the Blue screen of death. (it said driver power state failure)

Does anyone have any information as to what I can do to fix this problem. Can anyone please explain what is wrong with my laptop? PLease any help is appreciated.

The program rundll32.exe version 6.1.7600.16385 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
    Process ID: 1ae8
    Start Time: 01cf35b80539394a
    Termination Time: 0
    Application Path: C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe
    Report Id: 92cc7ea3-a1ab-11e3-a21e-5404a633b6b9

this is the event log I got from the error log after the latest BSOD. I dont know if it is related to the adapter problem but like i said, i tried to restart computer after the wireless adapter had been lost and then the computer did not shutdown.

Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions. Attach the data in your next post, no need to start a new thread at this time.

A driver power state failure is a scenario when a driver fails to react within a stipulated time period during the power state change (sleep/hibernate to wake-up power transition).

It happens for the drivers to the PnP devices viz. USB, PCI, PCIe devices.

The device that is failing the power state (apparently, form your post) is the PCI WiFi adapter.

The data as asked will help us to determine the root of the issue, and will help us to suggest you the appropriate steps.

Nothing to be worried. It is a very common issue for the laptops. Apparently no hardware failure is involved in it.
