    That could well be the problem .. Can not find a Driver for it though .. Leave it with me till i have a good search ..

    I think that device may indicate a Synology Virtual USB Hub. Do you have any Synology devices attached and/or their software installed?

    Yes i do have a synology box. i beleive its DS412+ not sure tho.

    You should make certain of it's exact model. (Power it down if needed so you can pick it up if needed to read any model # tags). Curious: Is this something you recently installed?

    You likely have Synology software currently installed. You should uninstall and re-install using the latest software/driver versions from the Synology support site for your model number.

    Is it Definitely the DS412+. I found the site and the download center for it. Can one of you guide me how to uninstall and reinstall with updated drivers please? Thanks
