    OS Installation Driver help...

    Hayyyy,

Well, this hasn't really happened recently but since I recently joined the forum I was wondering if you all could shed some light on the situation, btw I apologise if this is in the wrong topic....

on my HP computer I had Windows vista which I dual booted with windows sever 2008 (I don't know why but I wanted to), anyway I thought I could make Sever 2008 my main OS and deleted the Vista Partition, not remembering that all the system files are on that,

so upon doing so and restarting my computer "SYSTEM32 NOT FOUND" error popped up.

I managed to fix it and now it has Windows 7 Home Premium, but that's kinda not the problem.

The computer "thinks" its Acer because I used my Acer recovery disk as I had not made a back up, but its a HP computer

Is it possible to reverse this?
