I have an unknown Network Controller with no driver

I've been having internet problems this passed week, and I've been trying many things to get it fixed(it seems to be only my computer having problems with the connection). I'm basically at my wits end with this. The only thing I can think of to do is to find out what driver this thing needs.

    Here's a screen shot.

Hi Welcome to Seven Forums .. You should be able to get the Driver you need from the Motherboards Website .. As it is not listed in your System Specs .. Do the following go to Start type in CMD in the dialogue box type .. wmic baseboard get Manufacturer, serialnumber

After further investigating, I've noticed that I can, in fact, connect to the internet wirelessly, just not to my own router/modem(Arris) combo thingy.
I can tether/wifi hotspot, with my iphone and it connects, but I'm my home connection, it either says there's no internet access(with the little yellow triangle), or it doesn't say that(and has no yellow triangle), and I still don't have internet access.

In the general tab it says, PCI bus 3, device 5, function 0.

Other than that, it doesn't say anything else in the details tab.
