driver updates for ActionTech GT701WG & Texas Instruments CDC/RNDIS  

Hello all, today's new task is updating an out date driver for my Wireless Gateway, but when I look in the Control Panel, it shows a question mark over my Texas Instruments CDC Ethernet/RNDIS Adapter. when I click on THAT properties tab and driver details, this is the msg i get> No driver files are required or have been loaded for this device,yet under the General tab reads> The drivers for this device are not installed(code28), There is no driver selected for the device information set or element. To find a driver for this device,click update driver> however the update driver button is greyed out. I just clicked CDC ethernet properties tab and update driver tab, says Windows could not find driver software for my device>. any help is greatly appreciated, but i think the only way to resolve this is go out and buy new
