Universal Serial Bus Controller Driver missing?

I am trying to connect my usb 2.0 device to a usb 3.0 port and it isn't getting recognised. I have the USB 3.0 drivers, all updated drivers including chipset but still doesn't work.

I have checked the mobo manufacturer for these but nothing appears.
I have this in my device manager...
