    I've seen many brand-name computers where the "pci simple communication controller" meant the Dial-Up Modem in the computer, not the built-in type of older computers but the Add-in PCI Modem. Using the Windows Update while connected to the 'net usually got the drivers, some brands such as Dell did include a CD for the Modem separate from their Resource CD with other drivers.

    The problem solved.
    I couldn't to install the pci-con but this time (on this fresh 7) the HP printer could be installed.
