Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host controller failed on Dell laptop  

I had tried to download it from the manufacturer (Dell) But it keeps failing. I get an error stating that it cannot start (code 10). I have 1 USB port on the left and 3 USB ports on the right. Only 1 works on the right, the one on the left still works.

It started after I had shut it down for the day. When I restarted the laptop, it stopped working. I usually leave the laptop running.
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

The Theme Changer comes with Windows. I downloaded a few themes from Microsoft.
It's under Personalization when you right-click on the desktop.
