    Usb wifi


    About 2 years ago i bought dlink usb wifi for my pc it came with a disc which installed it.
    yesterday i formated my pc and all its dricers installed in it of the usb wifi were gone and am now unable to connect usb wifi and my pc isnt even recognising the usb, i have lost the disc of installation too. so i cant find anyway to fix it. what do i do.
    the usb wifi is: D'link DWA-123 product.

    Go to the D'Link website and download the drivers.
    Make sure that in Device Manager the USB drivers are installed along with your Motherboard drivers. Then try installing the wifi adaptor.

    what do i do with these files? my usb ports are working for that system but when i put that wifi usb in it doesnt do anything but if i put the wifi usb on other system a setup is opening and asking for cd or any other files to download and on the system which it is not recognising a 11n or some adapter in devices and printer shows caution mark.! what do i do?

    Have you Installed all other drivers for your computer. Chipset driver, USB controller driver, etc. does any other device in Device Manager shows yellow icon.

    AAh thankgod


    None of them were showing yellow icon,
    actualy i fixed it now i opened the adapter which was showing yellow and updated it manualy with the files i downloaded for updating wifi and it recognised my wifi usb and got connected to the internet
    now am using the pc which had the problem
    than you all for ur time and support helped me. tc :)
