Gigabyte Computer having trouble with M$ Update 80070103 error

Intel Corporation Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.2, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.3 software update released in May, 2014.

I have tried updating with Intel itself on driver and mine is up to date. Also ran /driver Genius and up to date and yet going to MS seems to be the driver.
Has anyone else had this problem. Posting below cut and paste of my main components.GIGABYTE
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (x64) Build 7601
    Service Pack: Service Pack 1
Processor: Intel Pentium G2030 (3000.0 MHz)
Motherboard: GIGABYTE H61M-USB3H (Intel H61 (Cougar Point))
    Memory: 4 GBytes (Single-Channel)
Hard Drive: Hitachi HDS721010CLA630 (953,869 MBytes (1000 GB))
    TOSHIBA MQ01ABD050 (476,940 MBytes (500 GB))
Optical Drive: TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-224DB (DVD+R DL)
Display Adapter: Intel Ivy Bridge-DT GT1 - Integrated Graphics Controller [E1/L1/N0/P0] [GIGABYTE]

Intel reported Product Intel HD graphics 2500 or Intel HD Graphics
Version No 10.18.10.3740 your driver is current.

I have no more ideas of how to get this update down if it is not the driver as M$ seems to think it is

    Any ideas?

       Information
    Run the Windows Update troubleshooter

If running the troubleshooter doesn't solve the problem, download and install the specific update that's causing the error. To do this, follow these steps to identify, download and install the update you need.

Ok tried that and it said registration not complete - then not fixed. Going on repeated it and then additional says to get someone in to fix it etc or ask on a forum.

Gremlins in this OS as have had to reinstall a new computer 4 times in few months has to be the discs Lacking somewhere yet it is a genuine disc. No problems there yet registration?

I ran that several times it just directs me to windows and download live or MSE etc.

And have updated all drivers, saw another similar thread where someone advised to get BlueDriver and after updating all with Driver Genius, ran it and it said all drivers were out of date, free ware but then fix and guess what pay now. Goes with PC and anything they have is a con always says free but always finds heaps of mistakes errors and has a program to fix but pay.
Anyway after all that ran out of allowance didnt want to change plan - had used it updating a laptop whic was 2012 patched.
And now back on allowance went to see if could update this Graphic and it has disappeared off of my computer.

Maybe I didnt have it when it checked for genuine or not.

    So left wondering.

Maybe I havent even got what it is trying to update?

Because is has my computer with 2 keyboards when it has only one.

Cant distinguish between 3000 wired via USB keyboard and 3000 wireless keyboard and mouse combo, also got 2 mice, one is true 3500 wireless. Tries to download Keyboard & Mouse Centre for non existent combo.
