Go to the Toshiba support page (downloads) for your exact model and download the Ethernet LAN driver
Don't try wireless first - use the hardwired connection even if you have to move your machine.
    Install the Ethernet LAN driver

Connect to your machine to the ISP Modem using an Ethernet Cable (CAT5)

Run Windows Update and select all drivers in the optional updates list

Install all drivers from Windows Update

If there are any drivers that WU did not supply - get them from the Toshiba site.

I believe that you don't have your Drivers DVD with you.
Can post your laptop model number here.
I can really post link to all the drivers for your machine.

You can use Snappy Driver Installer.

It can download all driverpacks(7 GB) so that it can be used offline.
