You are going to need to be able to use another Computer if you are missing a Driver for your Lan Connection ...

Look in System Information it should have some Details about your System Specs ..

If you know your Motherboard details that would also help ..

Have you checked in the BIOS to see if the Lan is enabled ...

From the Command Prompt type ipconfig /all

And try to Post back the Results .....

Use Snappy Driver Installer to install the missing driver.

I suggest downloading the following driverpacks on the PC with Internet so it can be used offline:
    DP_LAN_Intel_14074.7z
    DP_LAN_Others_14081.7z
    DP_LAN_Realtek_14083.7z
    DP_WLAN_14091.7z

If you're still having a problem, you can attach its logs here.

I know you are on a Phone .. But you have not provided enough Information ..

You have stated you have tried other Network Adapters .. I take it they where USB Devices ?

There was a lot of Info missing from your ipconfig Result ..
