Driver missing and I'm unable to find the correct one

Hi there Bought a second hand computer Acer E700. The OS has been upgraded to Win7 Home Premium The problem I'm having is that a driver seems to be missing and I can't find the one I want. It's the PCI Simple Communications Controller.
Using the Win troubleshooter tells me it's missing and it does find a driver via the internet (this one)
"HECI_allOS_2.1.22.1033_PV.exe" but apparently this is for WinXP, 2000 and Vista and therefore will not install on WIn7 The error message given is that this operating system is not supported. Does anyone know of a driver for Win7 for motherboard Acer FG965M (Socket 775)

    Thanks in advance.

Use Snappy Driver Installer to identify, download and install the missing driver.

If you're still having a problem, you can post its logs here.

The error message I get when the installation fails is "This OS is not supported" (probably because it finds the driver relevant to WinXP, Win2000 and Vista) Further Google searches seem to show that there isn't a workaround to this problem with Win7
