Windows 7 64 Bit - Install a driver for your network adapter
Hello friends. I originally had windows 8 on my PC but had to reformat it. The problem is... that my disk drive broke and it stays ejected and won't inject so i was not able to use my windows 8 disk that came with the pc to reformat it. Which was why I ended up torrenting windows 7 professional through a USB boot-up. I downloaded windows 7 successfully but the only problem is that cannot access the internet and when i troubleshoot i get the error that i need to install drivers for my network adapter. I also do not have the network adapter inside my device manager.
I have been trying to find a solution for hours and i think i have to download drivers. The problem is i dont know what drivers to download.
Under system information, under problem devices, these are my errors:
Ethernet Controller - PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_78171462&REV_0C\01000000684CE00000 - The drivers for this device are not installed.
Not Available - ACPI\INT33A0\0 - The drivers for this device are not installed.
PCI Simple Communications Controller - PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3A&SUBSYS_78171462&REV_04\3&11583659&0&B0 - The drivers for this device are not installed.
I would greatly appreciate any kind of help. I have been at this for hours and it's driving me insane. Note that I'm currently using my laptop to type this out and that im able to use a USB device to transfer drivers from my laptop to my pc
Thank you!
edit: I tried installing drivers earlier and it said "Cannot install drivers. No Intel(R) Adapters are present in this computer."
edit 2: my motherboard is H81M-E33
i have also attached a dxdiag file
