Transferring Adaptec AIC-7870 Driver from Vista x64 to 7 x64

I installed Windows 7 Beta x64 a few days ago and I am really enjoying it. I would like to keep it as my main OS but the major problem is that I perform backups on a tape drive connected to an Adaptec AHA-2940U2W SCSI PCI Host Adaptor which is not recognised in Windows 7. Adaptec's website has only 32-bit drivers for Windows Vista. In Vista x64, the workaround was to install the "Adaptec AIC-7870 PCI SCSI Controller (Emulated)" driver, but this driver is not included with 7. I searched for this driver on the internet but could not find it. Is it possible to copy the driver from Vista x64 and install it on 7 x64? If it is, can someone please send me the files as I only have the 32-bit version of Vista.

    Thanks for replying!

Thanks for the welcome and for the DriverMax suggestion.

I have downloaded it and created an account. Unfortunately, all it does is identify the card. I am unable to download any drivers for it.

Is there any other way to get the drivers without having Vista x64?
