I have just upgrade my old laptop from XP to window 7, but i have search all the way from google even the fujitsu official website in USA. All the driver only in XP or Vista. I download the vista and try install it at first it pop said
It not support for current window version. (pic 1)

then 2rd pop up said driver didnt' install correctly ask whether to reintall again I click reinstall( PIc2)

After install and restart but I still didn't get the correct video card even the device manager show as known device.
Movie is smooth now but I cant open the ANGRY bird game where I can in window xp.

From your screenshot, it looks like you are trying to install the Intel 915 driver. This won't install natively in Win7 as it is an XPDM driver, not a WDDM driver. The linked thread has some steps you can take to try to install the driver. It also has a link to a newer version of the driver: Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Driver For Windows 7
