Okay so the entire CBS file compressed is over the ZIP folder limit for posting (8MB) so I cant post it all compressed. I hope these are the rest of the files you need.

    I've uploaded afile - jl5aa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive

    Please downloadand save it.
Right-click onthe downloaded file, and select Extract all…

Extract to thedefault location - which will create a new folder jl5aa in the same place.
Open this folder- there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)

Copy the content of the manifestsfolder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Nowrun the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Postthe new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

I didnt see a Packages folder in there. I did see the manifest one, so Im going to copy that step and do all of that then get the logs for here. and is the CheckSUR process the sfc scannow process?Or is that the Windows Update file that I downloaded before that asked me to download the Hotfix? in the link Golden gave me earlier in the thread

    I've uploaded a file - jl5ab.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive

    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…

Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder jl5ab in the same place.
Open this folder- there should be one folders inside it (Manifests)

Copy the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.
Also, run another SFC /SCANNOW, and post the new CBS.log file.

Ok so I dont know if this is hampering the CheckSUR tool or not but since this issue began, the computer that is having issues no longer connects to the internet. (Diagnostic Policy Service is not starting) I mentioned that earlier on when I spoke with Golden though. When I run the CheckSUR tool I think it's downloadng the same update each time but I havent taken the time to write down the exact number of the Windows Update each time (if you want me too I will). Ill update my post in a little while with new CBS log and CheckSUR.
