Welcome to Seven forums MountianMan So this is a printer not being reconized problem correct? Is it connected Via USB? Seems the above poster has offered a posible solution. Some printers actually require you to start the installation then when prompted a window will appear and tell you to now connect the printer. i say give it a shot then post back. Hardware not reconized can be a tricky one to figure out. Best of luck with it. Thanks. Fabe
