What is wrong with my driver software???

I have an Intel 4 express series Chipset Family(crappy, I know), I am able to play SWTOR with it tho. There is an update for it but I won't let me. It just says that it is up-to-date.
While it isn't because the latest driver update was in 2012, now the driver date says 6/3/2011 because I had to system restore.

So is there a way to fix this or am I doomed?

EDIT: I also tried the update ultility of intel but when I auto-detect it says nothing.

When I try to search manually, I cant find my graphics card in the product line.

Thanks maxie that worked, it updated to the 2012 version. I still have one very strange problem when I press Update driver again it installs the older version of 2011. Luckily I was able to rollback to the 2012.

    Very strange.
