I successfully uninstalled everything with the name bluetooth on it. It's letting me apply the action "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer" but it's still not picking up anything when I scan for devices.

A bluetooth speaker. It's picked up the device but it's kept gray and not letting me listen through the speaker. I'm unsure why?

yeah it did but it's very brief. only tells you how to activate the bluetooth on the device, which i have done.
