    Bluetooth problem

    HP Pavilion dv6
    Intel Core i3-2330M

I recently bought a bluetooth dongle so I can have my sound from my laptop through bluetooth speakers, I let the dongle install properly (Intel Centrino Wireless Bluetooth 3.0 + High Speed Adapter) and when I'm doing the following action it keeps freezing.

    Right click the bluetooth icon
    Open Settings
Clicking "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer"
    Clicking "Apply"
I'm getting a "Bluetooth Service Error"
An error occurred while Windows was saving your settings. The Bluetooth device might me unplugged

The following settings were not saved: Discovering settings, Connection settings

Can anyone help me? If you need anymore details on the machine I'm running I'll happily help. Thanks in advance.

I disabled both of the Bluetooth's showing and it asked me to restart the computer - which I did. Booted back up and went back to Device Manager and enabled it and it's missing one of the original ones that were there. Network adapters have gone too.
