Intel RST Service not running in Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

I have refreshed my Hard disk in Acer Aspire Laptop and restored the windows using the recovery disk. After the restore, Inter RST displays a yellow triangle and says the "RST services is not Running". When I try opening the RST, I get a message 'IAStorUI has stopped working'. Also the performance of the PC has reduced after the HDD refresh. The Local Services shows that 'Inter RST has started'.
Please help in resolving the issues.

Hi Maxie, My laptop has the latest updates installed from Windows. From the link which you have provided, I searched the model number and found a list of drivers. But I was unable to find the Inter RST driver.
Sorry to ask you, can please let me know the drivers i'm supposed to install.
