Missing network and ethernet control drivers

Hi there

I recently did a clean re-install of Windows 7 but forgot to backup the drivers.

I did a Google search of the hardware ID's that I'm missing, but I'm taken to a rather shady Russian website.

The physical hardware itself is TP-LINK 300Mbps Advanced Wireless N PCI Adapter.

From the Ethernet Controller, I'm missing:

From Network Controller, I'm missing:

Please help!

I've managed to get the Ethernet controller driver installed, but I am still looking for the Network Controller. I found out that it's coming from Atheros, I must've tried about a zillion different drivers but none of them are working. It's hard to navigate through the Atheros website since it is in Czech.

Posting again because I figured out the issue. In case anyone else has the same problem in the future, this is what I did.

It was the physical TP-LINK wireless adapter. I unscrewed it and plugged it back in, re-installed the software that it came with, and the internet works now.
