I have read carefully all the replies, especially clark33's one:

FOR ANYONE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MANUAL INSTALL TRY THIS..
IF YOU GET THE "YOU ALREADY HAVE THE MOST UP TO DATE DRIVER" OR WHATEVER IT SAYS..

FIRST OFF DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER HERE: http://home.hiwaay.net/~wwithero/CMediaWin7Driver/CMI9880_5.12.1.8.zip AND EXTRACT TO ITS OWN FOLDER..
    NOW:
    1. OPEN DEVICE MANAGER
    2. RIGHT CLICK YOUR SOUND DRIVER (HDA DEVICE)
    3. CHOOSE UPDATE DRIVER, THEN "BROWSE COMPUTER FOR DRIVER SOFTWARE"
    4. CHOOSE "LET ME PICK FROM A LIST OF DEVIE DRIVERS ON MY COMPUTER"
    5. CHOOSE "HAVE DISK..."
    6. NOW BROWSE TO THE SPECIFIED FOLDER (CDM9880_5.12.1.8 FOR ME)
    7. 2 INFORMATION FILES WILL APPEAR.. CHOOSE "CMHDA".. CONTINUE TO OPEN
    8. CLICK "NEXT" AND CHOOSE "YES" WHEN THE "UPDATE DRIVER WARNING" PROMPT COMES UP
    9. IT SHOULD INSTALL FLAWLESSLY =D!!!

I AM RUNNING WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 32 BIT ON THE MSI-7058 MB

TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE ANYTHING WORK! THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE TOO!

So I tried it with the CMI.part1.exe extracted files, not with that driver he says to download because is for other motherboard and it worked.

Edit: I forgot to ask, what is a ATK 0110 virtual device ?
