i didn't burn to usb or cd i just extract the files into folders out of the iso (easier and i dont got any spare dvd's or cd's or usb drives laying around.)

Is there no driver supported for this exact device ID anymore? What about an older driver? Could it perhaps be more stable in some specific driver than in another?

How? I only have MINI pci adapter port for Wireless network adapter card. There is no PCI x1 or AGP or PCI x16 slots..

I would have to have USB 3.0 adapter to another graphics card but that would still be slower than integrated intel HD Graphics no matter how fast the graphics card is.

I opened the case but there is no PCI slot of any sort that i can see. Just some kind of backwards sideways-facing port that says E SATA on it or something weird like that. Probably wasnt even wired on right. By the way. The processor is directly soldered onto the motherboard so i cant get a new CPU either (I have an AMD Sempron 2.9Ghz laying around that is capable of running Crysis and minecraft on at least high settings with no performance issues) but i can not use it.

Yeah that's a really poor thing to do. Maximum possible upgrades for this thing is 8GB of ram and an SSD that i can't seem to afford.
