How do I check for bad drivers?

I was told that I was getting the BSOD because I of bad drivers and I went into device manager and none of them have the exclamation point beside it. Can someone please help me figure out how to scan my drivers and get rid of bad ones.

This is what you do. Driver verifier is included with every Windows
    Use verifier.
When you get your BSODS, you will be able to know the driver that caused the problem. Just update that one

    or
after the BSOD, give us the dmp report and we can help

And what if it crashes your system at startup without creating a dump file nor leaving a trace nsbtlog.txt ? Startup Repair tool only says it's bad driver, without any specifics. I know it's something mobo-ish, but have noidea how to pinpoint it if I can't even get to safe mode.
