Dell Inspiron 14z wireless card driver?

Im reformatting for a friend, or rather, finishing what someone else started. I have the entire system online with the exception of TWO components, one of which is the wifi card. None of the Dell drivers work and I do not know what actual card is in the system.

Here is what's missing according to the device manager:

Network controller (wireless card I assume)
    SM Bus Controller

I have downloaded all the "recommended" drivers according to the dell support system, to no avail. Im curious if anyone else has ever run into this? I have never had this kind of issue. Either windows upate finds it or the driver is available.

    Thanks in advance,

    chaz

Well thank you very much. The Dell drivers wouldn't work with my OS for some reason (error message). I downloaded and installed the 32 bit driver off the Intel site and the wirless card is smiling once again.

How did you narrow down the precise wireless and chipset drivers for future reference?

Thank you so much for responding to my call for help.

The Dell Drivers would not work cause they have no 32 Bit Drivers for that Model...

As for the PCI\VEN use the Link below or Google

Thank you again for the help and wisdom. I didn't install the OS but now this makes sense. I learned something today, so it's a good day.

Your friendly help is much appreciated.
