[REQUEST]MOD DRIVERS for old 8606TV @anywhare

Hi. i have Windows 7 x64, with diabled driver signature.
I need to get working drivers for this old tv tuner: 8606TV @anywhare.
I dont have problems to install XP x64 drivers,
But drivers for this device are only for XP x86 and some older systems.

Is possible to run this driver on my Win7 x64? (in attachments)

Software for this tuner will be not a problem (i hope)
I will just run it with XP Compatiblity mode.

I have trayed XP Mode, but i cannot attach PCI device to Virtual Machine?
Is it possible on any VM Software?

I had it on my old PC, with XP. But PC not working now.
I want to use this TV card to connect my PS2, and OLD SEGA to my PC,
Not just to redirect signal to monitor, but mabye to recording too.
