Can't install Network and Wireless Drivers please help

    Hello everyone,

I reinstalled Windows on my Acer Aspire E5-411 laptop.
Previously Linux was installed on it when I bought it.
So now when Installed windows 7 32 bit successfully it refuses to instal Network and Wireless Drivers.
I tried from Acer Official Site, but there are only drivers for windows 8.1, also tried from Driverscape/com still nothing, installed other drivers without any problems from this site tho.

I'm not familiar with soft and programs so please explain slowly ^^ without using shortened words etc etc :P
    Thanks in advance.

I do not really understand your question. MS true-blue DVD. Meaning a retail disk? Should not matter should have hardware id's for the devices if they show up in device manager.

Go to device manager right click on the Device choose properties then click on details tab in the drop down choose hardware id's then post them here. Looking for the VEN and DEV numbers

Oscer, I was thinking if an OEM for pc x is tried on pc y... You're right, such doesn't apply here.

    Open the Device Manager
Right Click on the Device in question
    Properties
    Details Tab
In Vista and Win7 the VEN_ #### and DEV_#### is located under Hardware ID
you need to change it to hardware id's from the dropdown menu.
i would give you a screen shot of it but not on a win 7 or vista computer.
