As in right click the ethernet controller with the yellow exclamation mark? then properties > details?
Remove your USB device then Uninstall the ethernet controller with the yellow exclamation mark and Reboot your Computer ...
Im using an ethernet card adapter , so i have to plug it out of the motherboard first?
my USB adapter was just used for testing to see if its working , my main ethernet adapter is the card adapter in the board, not using the USB adapter now.

I've already tried uninstalling multiple times , whenever i click scan for any hardware changes the ethernet controller with yellow exclamation mark will pop up again. Tried uninstalling and rebooting too , same stuff happens.
