    USB drivers not installing

I have a computer with 7 that isn't installing drivers for any usb devices. I tried removing the chipset drivers and usb host drivers and all that did was break the webcam and printer drivers -_- Safemode doesn't seem to help either. I can however boot to USB devices so the ports are physically working.

Ideas on how I should proceed?

Edit: SFC shows clean, as do Virus and disk checks.

You're having problems with different device classes so not sure if this might apply but check How to Fix Corrupt USB Mass Storage Drivers.
