chipset vendor or motherboard vendor?

i want to do a fresh install so i checked by my motherboard site for that latest drivers and i saw that they were last updated a year ago (no win 10 support etc.) so i want to know from where is the best to download the drivers from the chipset vendor or from motherboard vendor?

Getting the drivers from the manufacturer's site is highly recommended for Notebook PCs.
For Desktop PCs, I'd say get them from the vendor site (or using this method here from our sister forum: PC Help Forum)

Windows 10tp = 10 technical Preview,
The computer manufacture but 10tp will override those drivers via the windows update system most likely.

i am sorry for asking again but my computer is a custom build so there is no computer manufacture there is a motherboard manufacture

or maybe some could just help me with the latest drivers for this specs

as i wrote before i don't want to download updates through software as then i don't stay with the actual drivers i want to have the actual drivers as i have limited amount of internet and i download my drivers from other computers
