Cannot install drivers. No Intel (R) Adapters are present in this comp

    Hello,

My computer was very slow so I decided to reformat my computer hoping for everything to go faster, but the problem was that I had no disc to reformat my computer. So I asked a friend if I could borrow his, and he gave it to me. The problem was that, everything on his disc was different from my "old" computer (ex. Windows 7 Ultimate and mine was Windows 7 Home Premium). So now I needed to download all these drivers again I tried to install the Network Adapter because I had no internet, but the error popped up (title) Help?

Hi ... Welcome to Seven Forums ... You will not be able to activate Windows as you have the wrong Version Installed ...

Your licence is for Windows 7 Home Premium ... Hence you are going to have problems with Updates etc ...

As for your Drivers they can be found in the Link below ...

I wouldn`t even bother working on it anymore, if you don`t have an activation key for Ultimate.

If you could, ask him to make an All In One installer disc for you, using his Windows 7 Ultimate DVD, it`s easy.

He needs a DVD burner and 1 blank DVD -R or +R

Windows 7 Universal Installation Disc - Create

Then use your Home Premium key on the COA to activate windows.

But you`re still going to have to install all your drivers and programs again.

I would go with the above Suggestion ... Then Install the Chipset Driver first
