    limited access to the WiFi & problem with driver of wireless network


    Hello everyone, since last 3 days WiFi is not working on my laptop. The troubleshoot shows that it can't fix the problem automatically and that there is problem with driver of local area connection adapter and driver of wireless network connection adapter. Please help me out.

    Have you tried the Dell Website for the Latest Drivers ?... I would start with the Chipset Driver ...

    I did download those chipset drivers and As you can see in the pics, now even the limited access is gone and in other pic, you can see the device manager and when I try to update dell wireless it says problem encountered while installing. I use dell inspiron n series 5050. Windows 7 professional 64 bit.
    Then I went to see the network and sharing center where I clicked on change adapter setting. There was nothing in there. Blank. Pls help me out. I m unable to solve this problem.

    Am replying through my smart phone as I can't connect internet to my laptop. So that's why that link was not that helpful. Any other option?

    So I download this driver of dell wireless 1701 802.11b/g/n from dell website and installed it, it shows this new error now that device is not present.

    And that link was for vista, I run windows 7, still I tried but It was unable to help me
