Windows 7 doesn't recognize usb wifi adapter

I am trying to install a LG wifi adapter (LWG 5410U s/n 041001150), but windows failed to install drivers

I have searched everywhere for it with no luck

maybe someone can help me out.

Are you sure it is LG?

I wonder if this needs the drivers installed prior to being attached. Does the CD has an setup/installer?

    If yes, try
    - uninstall drivers from device manager
    - remove the device
    - restart PC
    - run the setup
    - attach device when it asks or after setup finish
