    ComputerGeek this post saved me re-installing windows after many USB drives I tried all had a code 10 error.

    Also I just restored another image using Free Macrium Reflect and encountered the same "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" when using any USB drive but this time I simply disabled "Rapid Mode" in the Samsung Magician Software and after a restart all USB drives are working normally.

    Glad my post helped. And so did yours! The extra info is good to know. I'll have to remember that one. Am sure it'll also help someone reading this thread in the future

    I had the same problem "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" when using any USB drive after cloning SSD drive. Thanks to GokAy and you, resolved uninstalling Samsung Magician and Migrate and cloning with Macrium Reflect.
