win 7 hangs on login screen after installing the graphic driver

Hi, i recently wiped my disk and installed a fresh copy of windows 7 professional 64bits, everything works fine but when i install the recommended VGA driver and restarts my system, the system starts normally but hangs when about showing the login screen. I have tried different versions of the driver, but none seems to work, and currently using the originally installed system Vga (Standard Vga graphic adapter) which is almost equal to working on safe mode. Please help...

Note: my system is hp-compaq cq57

hi, all the whole drivers I have been trying are from the vendors site, recommended using there system detection tool. The drivers install successfully, but when asked to restart after installation, the system, will get stuck in upon trying to show the windows login screen
